According to Romanian legislation (regulated by OUG 34/2014), you can return purchased products within 14 calendar days of purchase.
The only costs that may be borne by you, the consumer, are the direct costs of returning the products.
In other words, if you wish to return a product, you must send us a notification by email to office@aplicatiivestimentare.ro stating that you wish to return it.
The return package must be sent to VICH MARUBEN GROUP SRL, Str. Pancota, nr. 9, Bl. 12N, Sc.1. Bucharest. We do not accept cash on delivery parcels or parcels sent by Posta Romana, as these will be refused. Refunds will be made to a bank account (IBAN), and the customer is required to provide us with the bank account (IBAN) to which they wish the refund to be made and the account holder's name in writing, by email.
Refunds for orders are made by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer, in accordance with the financial policy of VICH MARUBEN GROUP SRL, in order to legally and easily process and demonstrate the refund.
For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.
The returned product must not be damaged, must not show signs of use, and must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.
The return costs will be borne by the customer, and the refund of the product value will be made within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt of the return package.
If the returned product is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return of this product.
For legal entities, we reserve the right to refuse the return of products if they were sold in perfect working order, sealed, new and without defects in appearance.
In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, VICH MARUBEN GROUP SRL reserves the right not to accept the return of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which may deteriorate or deteriorate rapidly.
